However, Motomura offers to eat with rock salt, wasabi, and soy sauce mixed with wasabi, which are Japan-specific seasonings that well brings out the taste of the meat.
And in the store, it is their hospitality by preparing English and Korean menu about how to eat using these seasonings.
The price is a little upscale from 1,200 yen, but, it is really worth it.
Only the surface has changed to a fox color, inside remains bright pink and is soft and tasteful.
Thin batter outside is crispy and texture is enjoyable.
Delicious red meat that is unlike others is here.
At Shibuya location, there is usually a line up and the waiting time can be up to an hour. There are Shimbashi and Hamamatsucho location as well. Where there is no line or the line is short, it is highly recommended to try their beef cutlet.
