Motomura offers the best rare beef cutlet, Shibuya, Tokyo

This is "Motomura" specialized in beef cutlet located in Shibuya, Tokyo.
Rare red meat with thin crispy batter is not at all greasy though it is deep fried.
This may be the reason as to why there are many female customers.

In Japan, most cutlets are eaten with the sauce or karashi mustard.
However, Motomura offers to eat with rock salt, wasabi, and soy sauce mixed with wasabi, which are Japan-specific seasonings that well brings out the taste of the meat.
And in the store, it is their hospitality by preparing English and Korean menu about how to eat using these seasonings.

The price is a little upscale from 1,200 yen, but, it is really worth it.
Only the surface has changed to a fox color, inside remains bright pink and is soft and tasteful.
Thin batter outside is crispy and texture is enjoyable.

At Shibuya location, there is usually a line up and the waiting time can be up to an hour. There are Shimbashi and Hamamatsucho location as well. Where there is no line or the line is short, it is highly recommended to try their beef cutlet.
