◆Overview of this tour
A professional and informative guide will meet you at Tokyo station and take you to Nagano to visit Zenkoji temple and monkey park to see snow monkeys.
You will ride on a bullet train, called Shinkansen, to Nagano station.
At fist, you will visit historical Zenkoji temple followed by a local food lunch. Monkey park is located less than an hour from Nagano station where you can take either a bus or train.
Our guide will privately accompany with your party throughout the trip and share history and culture.

◆About Zenkoji temple
Zenkoji temple has about 1,400 years history.
This temple was built before Buddhism came to Japan, so it is non-denominational temple.
Everyone who believes any kind of religion are free to visit to this temple.
There is a shopping street in front of the temple where you can shop and eat the local cuisine.
About 6 million people visit this temple every year.

◆About Jigokudani Monkey park
The hotspring of Nagano is renowned as one of the fantastic hot springs in Japan.
In the past, this hotspring was feared by local people, because of the geyser, so this place was named "Jigokudani" which means "Hell valley" in Japanese.
However, the lovely monkeys are having a relaxing time at the hot spring nowadays during winter time.
Monkeys who are taking rest in this hot spring have got used to human so visitors can get close to them.
Relaxed and peaceful monkey will welcome you at Jigokudani Onsen.
Enjoy the photo shooting and watching the cutest monkeys in the world.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 15 days prior to the program date.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before the program date will incur the following charges:
- Between 14 days and 8 days: 20% of the program charge

- Between 7 days and 2 days: 30% of the program charge

- The day before the date of travel: 50% of the program charge

- Less than a day or no show: 100% of the program charge
