We've private rooms where you can fully enjoy the flavor of our Olive Beef
Olive Beef, from cattle raised on feed based in olives, has a flavor that melts well with a low point of fusion. Though delicious both grilled and as shabu-shabu, we recommend a comparison with two quality ocean-fresh fish like "kinmedai," fresh from ports such as Misaki Port in Kanagawa. We choose not only the regions of our meat but our seafood as well and are dedicated to serving only the most carefully-selected fare to our guests. We aim for friendly service where you can enjoy conversation with us over the counter. Our hope is to hear you say, “I'll be back, for sure!!” If you'd like, please consult with us about our options for course menus and the like. We're fully equipped with completely private rooms. You'll be able to enjoy a feast that'll please the star guest at anniversaries and birthdays in a space all of your own. Come and, together with everyone, have a lively dinner that'll leave the whole gathering pleased.
◆Introduction of Chef
His love of eating and cooking put him on the path to becoming a chef
His interest in cooking was sparked after watching cooking shows on television, which lead him to start cooking and eventually pursue his love of eating and cooking professionally. After working at several Japanese restaurants, he took on the role of head chef at Kina, a kaiseki (course menu) restaurant in Aoyama. After that, once Sukiyaki kaisen shabushabu dokoro Azuki opened, he came aboard to serve as head chef. There he makes good use of the experiences he has fostered by carefully selecting good-quality ingredients that he is satisfied with, and works diligently to offer excellent food.
