◆About Tempura Take-no-an
Enjoy exquisite seafood or meat, tempura, and more at our counter or at a private table

Saimaki ebi (Kuruma shrimp) and "Coonstripe shrimp" are rare. However, "sea eel" is an ingredient used in small quantities in our Tokyo-style cuisine. The restaurant carefully selects sea eel with delicate and edible bones that can be eaten easily. Our tempura sauce is a blend of three of sauces. The sauce has a pleasant aroma. Our seafood is all wild-caught. Fresh ingredients are obtained directly from fishing districts and Tsukiji (Tokyo's main market). Our meat is either A5 rank black-haired beef or high-quality black-haired Kagoshima pork. Our staff will suggest Japanese sake that will go well with the customer's choice of dish. Our staff are more than willing to talk with the customers. Our kitchen is completely open making it possible to see what is going on inside the restaurant. Our private tables are excellent for serving important guests. The restaurant has an atmosphere particularly fit for foreigners. Moreover, there is free-wifi available. You can be sure to enjoy exquisite food with us!


◆Introduction of Chef
Our chef is fascinated by the subtleties of Japanese cuisine and ingredients of the 4 seasons used in it

Our chef is a native of Aomori Prefecture. He began his career as a chef when he was hired by the local Aomori International Hotel. He trained in two styles at the hotel's restaurant, Japanese and Western. After that he traveled to Tokyo, where he worked for our 'Take No An' Main Store. In March of 2015, he became our chef here at the newly-opened 'Kuzushi Kappo Tempura Take No An', Higashi Ginza Branch. Here our classically-trained chef cultivates masterful techniques while pouring his all into everything he does.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 3 days prior to the program date.
Reservations cancelled less than 3 days before the program date will incur the following charges:
- Between 3 days and 1 day: 20% of the program charge
- No show: 100% of the program charge
