In addition, we have access to a network of more than 2,000 local cooking schools that offer all types of local food with locally sourced ingredients all over Japan. We select and develop the highest-quality and original cooking programs for foreign visitors to Japan.
At Tsukiji Cooking, we strive to offer hands-on and fun-filled activities in the form of cooking classes for washoku (Japanese cuisine) and Japanese home-style dishes as a way to deepen understanding of traditional Japanese food culture among people from all over the world.
